For violating the law, Daniel was reported to the government by co-workers and he was cast into a den of lion's to be killed. God spared Daniel and the lion's mouths were shut by an angel. May we all remember Daniel's example and be so bold as to worship God in spite of the wicked rulers and the punishments they threaten against us.
