Refund policy
RETURNS:
1) Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
2) Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
3) Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
4) Special Conditions - Limited Edition Items, clearance items and discontinued item sales cannot be returned.
5) We will not pay shipping on returns or exchanges. Return or exchange shipping charges are paid by the customer. Also, we recommend that you insure your return/exchange items, as we are not responsible and cannot issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
6) We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges so please double check the size charts and the size you selected in your cart before you purchase.
