Returns & Exchange Policies

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase. Use the chat feature on the website to connect with us regarding returns or exchanges. After 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipping label. If you do not send your exchange on time, your request may be cancelled. 
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
  • If a refund is approved, the refund request will be processed within 1-5 business days after approval. If an exchange is approved, the exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days of the items being received. 
  • If your items are not approved, according to the eligibility rules below, you will be sent a notification of rejection and a shipping invoice so that the items can be mailed back to you. We are not responsible for any shipping costs or costs of products associated with rejected returns or exchanges.
  • Exchanges are free for one round of exchanging items. 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn (other than trying on the garment) and unwashed. Customers MUST return the item(s) to us in "like new condition" to be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Items with visible signs of use including deodorant stains/cosmetic stains, perfumes/scents, animal hair, excessive lint, etc. will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • If the original shipping package can be used to ship the item back, please do so, other wise the customer will be responsible for suppling the packaging.

CARE & DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or drying of your garments.
  • This includes (but is not limited to) shrinkage, cross-dyeing, excessive lint, fading, distortion, or any damage caused by bleach, fabric softeners, or other harsh chemicals.
  • Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment tag to keep your items in great shape.
  • Items returned with damage due to improper care will not be eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

COSTS

  • We cover shipping costs for one round of exchanges and returns in the United States under most circumstances. The items will be shipped for free via a pre-paid return shipping label that will be provided.
  • Exchanges or returns are free for one round of exchanging items. Any further exchanges or returns will be paid for by the customer and need to be shipped back to the following address:

  • Customers are responsible for entering their own address accurately at checkout. We do not cover reshipment costs for customers who fail to ensure their address is accurately entered during the check process. Customers who incorrectly enter their address and need their order shipped back out, or a new order made and shipped out, are responsible for all costs associated with the new shipment.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If your package is marked as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender", a re-shipping fee will be required to be paid by the customer.
  • Internationally shipped items are not eligible for free exchanges. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.
  • We typically cover return shipping costs; however, an exception applies to orders returned solely to take advantage of a promotion. In such cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
