This review is fair. During a brief 3 week period of time in which this customer placed his order, we had 5,000+ orders come in for our newest releases and a sale we ran. This was MUCH higher than we anticiapted and as a team of 5, it took us a very long time to print, press, pack and ship - even working nights and weekends - all these orders. Sadly, we disappointed customers and could not get some orders shipped out on time. We also ran in to the issue where our emails to customers trying to keep them in the loop, ended up in their spam/promotions folder in thier email accounts. This resulting in them thinking we never updated them or responded to their emails. These emails, and our social media team adivses customers that Customer Serviceis only available via the chat on the website. We try our very best to serve our customers in a Christ like fashion, however when 5,000+ orders flow in, we did get overwhelmed and behind. Nick - owner
